基于单片机橡胶车间空气粉尘浓度检测仪的设计

摘要 在国际上,定义粉尘的标准是粒径范围,这个范围是小于75μm的固体悬浮物。正是由于橡胶车间空气中粉尘浓度的增加,导致了橡胶车间空气环境质量的严重下降,环境问题变得越来越严重。人类如果要想做好治理环境问题,就要做到知己知彼,因此可以研究生产一种便携式随时随地检测橡胶车间空气质量的装置,以便于及时的了解到所处地方的橡胶车间空气质量,做好相应的应对措施。本文以微粒和分子在一束平行光的照射下会产生光的散射现象为原理,以单片机为核心,来完成橡胶车间粉尘检测仪粉尘的采集、显示数据等电路的设计,再结合不同的模块电路来实现各个模块的相应功能,从而达到实时检测的目的。 Internationally,the standard for defining dust is the particle size range,which is a solid suspended matter smaller than 75μm.It is precisely because of the increase in dust concentration in the rubber workshop that the air environment quality has seriously declined,and the environmental problems have become more and more seriously.If human beings want to manage environmental problems well,they must know oneself and the enemy.Therefore,we can research and produce a portable device for detecting air quality in rubber workshops anytime and anywhere,so as to understand the air quality in rubber workshops in time and make corresponding countermeasures.This paper uses the light scattering phenomenon as the principle and the single-chip microcomputer as the core to complete the design of the dust collection and display data circuit design of the dust detector in the rubber workshop.Then combine different module circuits to realize the corresponding functions of each module,so as to achieve the purpose of real-time detection.
