The Application of SPOC Hybrid Teaching Model to Career Advisory Course for College Students

从大学生职业发展与就业指导课程的教学要求及现状来看,SPOC混合式教学模式对这门课程具有很强的适用性。课题组从课程教学的七个要素,包括学习目的、教师、学生、学习内容、学习方法、学习环境、学习反馈等方面进行基于慕课的SPOC混合式教学设计,其具体实施流程分为线上教学1、线下教学1、线下教学2、线上教学2等四个阶段,以期为职业发展与就业指导课程提供SPOC混合式教学运用方案。

SPOC hybrid teaching model finds its strong application to the course of career advisory for college students according to the demands and current situation of implementation of the course.This paper is a design of SPOC hybrid teaching model including seven factors involved in teaching procedures,namely,learning purposes,teachers,students,learning contents,learning methods,learning environments,learner’s feedback.The procedures of implementation include four:two online models and two offline models which provide a scheme of application for the SPOC hybrid teaching model to the career advisory course for college students.
