摘要
文章重点研究钢结构建筑工程中使用胶粘剂进行幕墙结构接缝密封施工的工程适用性。通过比较分析法分析2017~2019年我单位的现场施工数据,同时结合数据对现场遇到的具体问题进行综合分析,发现丁基橡胶填缝胶粘剂在幕墙施工中的性能优异,但其对施工条件的要求更高。所以文章认为,在后续的基于丁基橡胶的胶粘剂施工工法及使用工艺研究中,应重点针对温度变化对丁基橡胶施工效果的消极影响进行技术升级。
This paper focuses on the applicability of using adhesives to seal the joints of curtain wall structure in steel structure construction.Through the comparative analysis method to analyze the site construction data of our unit from 2017 to 2019,and combined with the data to conduct a joint analysis of the specific problems encountered on the site,it is found that the theoretical performance of butyl rubber in curtain wall construction is excellent,but its requirements for construction conditions are higher.Therefore,this paper believes that in the following research of the construction method of butyl rubber,we should focus on the negative impact of temperature change on the construction effect of butyl rubber.
