非蛋白质类胶结物免疫法在美术绘画作品中检测分析

摘要 对美术绘画作品中的胶结物进行成分分析,是绘画作品保护和修复工作的基础。文章以桃胶为例,对美术绘画作品非蛋白质类胶结物免疫法检测进行实验分析,结果表明:使用0.05M NaCl洗脱桃胶糖蛋白粗提产物,能够获得最高的蛋白质式样占比;实验样本桃胶抗血清效价均能够达到1:240000,试样1相比试样2略低;在抗体灵敏度检测实验中,实验样本可检测最大稀释倍数分别为105、106的桃胶抗原,差距明显;对抗体灵敏度较高的试样2进行抗体特异性检测,该试样抗血清对桃胶、大漆的反应活性较高,能够检测浓度低至10-6的桃胶抗原以及10-9的大漆。 The composition analysis of cement in fine arts and paintings is the basis for the protection and restoration of paintings.Taking peach gum as an example,this paper makes an experimental analysis on the immunoassay of non protein cement in art and painting works.The results show that the highest proportion of protein pattern can be obtained by eluting the crude product of peach gum protein with 0.05MNaCl;the peach gum antiserum titer of the experimental samples can reach 1:240000,and the sample 1 is slightly lower than the sample 2;in the antibody sensitivity test,the experimental samples can detect peach gum antigens with the maximum dilution factor of 105 and 106 respectively,and the difference is obvious;the antibody specificity test is carried out on sample 2 with high antibody sensitivity.The antiserum of this sample has high reaction activity to peach gum and lacquer,and can detect the peach gum antigens with the concentration as low as 10-6 and lacquer with the concentration as low as 10-9.
