高校学生择业观现状及对策探究——以信阳职业技术学院为例

On the views of college students on the career choice

学生的择业观随着时代的发展而变化,大学生择业观教育的内容和对策也在不断进行调整.在当前就业形势下,一些关于择业观的研究都有时代特征.从就业区域、传统观念和社会需求这三个方面分析高校学生就业形势严峻的原因,提出高校大学生择业观面临大城市情结仍然存在,就业选择功利化倾向明显,择业期望值偏高等5个方面的问题.高校学生择业观教育的对策在于培养大学生择业的社会责任感,培养大学生理性创业意识,关注大学生择业期心理健康状况.

College students may change their views on career choice as time changes, and so does their career guidance. The concept of employment is endowed with the characteristics of times. Hence, three aspects of employment regions, traditional concept and social demand are analyzed to inform them of the toughness in employment. Then, causes are explicated and countermeasures proposed for vocational college students in relation to their views on career choice.
