随着我国老龄化进程的加速,在健康中国背景下,老年人的健康问题日益受到关注.药店对老年人健康起着不可忽视的作用.老年患者不合理用药现象十分普遍,药学服务是竞争的关键问题,因此,提升药店的药学服务极为必要.提升药店药学服务的具体策略为:坚持"以患者为中心"的服务理念,建立"以点带面"的服务团队,做好"便利服务"的基础设施,持续开展老年药学服务的调查研究.

With the speedy aging process and healthy aging in China, the health of the elderly has attracted increased concerns. It is true that pharmacies play a significant role, but improper use of drugs is not unconventional. The writers argue that pharmaceutical care is the key competition among pharmacies.
