摘要
乡村幼儿园教师研修出现的种种问题,急需我们对研修模式进一步改善,在运城幼师高专多年国培实践的基础上,我们提炼出集"教、学、研、思"一体化的"四段式"研修模式。采用四阶段研修模式,可以提高研修的科学性、针对性、有效性,切实提高乡村幼儿园教师的专业化水平,对于教师在课程设置及跟踪服务指导方面的问题也可以得到有效解决。
The problems exist in the training process for rural kindergarten teachers should be further improved in the training modes.Based on the national cultivation practice for many years,Yuncheng preschool teachers college proposes the"four-phase form"training mode:the integration of"teaching,learning,researching and thinking".Taking the"four-phase form"training mode can boost the scientificity,pertinency and effectiveness of research and training,increase the specialized teaching level of rural kindergarten teachers,and obtain the effective solutions on the curriculum setting and follow-up service guidance.
