摘要
目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取化州市人民医院2015年1月—2018年7月收治的脑出血患者84例,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗联合依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平,并比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组TNF-α、IL-8、hs-CRP、GFAP和TGF-β1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-8、hs-CRP、GFAP水平低于对照组,TGF-β1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的临床疗效确切,可改善炎性因子和GFAP和TGF-β1水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of rat nerve growth factor combined with edaravone for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from January 2015 to July 2018 in Huazhou People's Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,42 cases each.The control group was treated with routine therapy combined with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with nerve growth factor based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,TNF-α,IL-8,hs-CRP,GFAP and TGF-β1 were compared before and after treatment,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-8,hs-CRP,GFAP and TGF-β1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of TNF-α,IL-8,hs-CRP,GFAP were lower than the control group,TGF-β1 was higher than control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of rat nerve growth factor combined with edaravone on cerebral hemorrhage is definite,it can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,GFAP and TGF-β1,and with high safety.
