冷土豆泥联合四黄散治疗创伤性水肿的临床疗效

Clinical effect of cold potato mashed combined with Sihuang Powder on traumatic edema

目的探讨冷土豆泥联合四黄散治疗创伤性水肿的临床疗效。方法选取遂川县人民医院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的创伤性水肿患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以四黄散治疗,观察组予以四黄散联合冷土豆泥治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀部位周长,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VAS评分、肿胀部位周长比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,肿胀部位周长小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论冷土豆泥联合四黄散治疗创伤性水肿的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者疼痛和肿胀症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of cold potato mashed combined with Sihuang Powder on traumatic edema.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with traumatic edema were selected from January 2019 to February 2020 in Suichuan county People's Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sihuang Powder,while the observation group was treated with Sihuang Powder combined with cold mashed potato.Clinical effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,swelling site circumference before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score and circumference of swelling site before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of VAS score was lower than control group,and the circumference of swelling part was smaller than control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Cold potato mashed combined with Sihuang Powder have an exact clinical effect for traumatic edema,which can effectively improve pain and swelling symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
