全面腹部超声检查在急腹症中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in acute abdomen

目的探讨全面腹部超声检查在急腹症中的诊断价值。方法选取莆田学院附属医院2018年2月—2019年4月收治的高度疑似急腹症患者96例,均接受全面腹部超声检查、选择性腹部超声检查及手术。以手术结果为“金标准”,分析全面腹部超声及选择性腹部超声对急腹症诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度。记录患者临床诊断时间及超声检查时间。结果96例高度疑似急腹症患者,经手术结果确诊为急腹症84例,其他疾病12例。全面腹部超声诊断准确度及灵敏度高于选择性腹部超声诊断(P<0.05)。全面腹部超声临床诊断时间短于选择性腹部超声,超声检查时间长于选择性腹部超声(P<0.05)。结论全面腹部超声检查在急腹症中的诊断价值较高,可为临床治疗提供准确、客观的诊断依据,同时可缩短临床诊断时间。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in acute abdomen.Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with highly suspected acute abdomen were selected from February 2018 to April 2019 in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University,which were all examined by comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography,selective abdominal ultrasonography and operation.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of total abdominal ultrasound and selective abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen were analyzed.The time of clinical diagnosis and ultrasonic examination were recorded.Results Among 96 patients with highly suspected acute abdomen,84 were diagnosed as acute abdomen and 12 as other diseases.The accuracy and sensitivity of total abdominal ultrasound were higher than selective abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The clinical diagnosis time of total abdominal ultrasound was shorter than selective abdominal ultrasound,and the time of ultrasonic examination was longer than selective abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography has a high diagnostic value in acute abdomen,which can provide accurate and objective diagnostic basis for clinical treatment and shorten the clinical diagnosis time.
