摘要
人工智能已成为新一轮产业革命的引擎,智能驾驶作为人工智能技术落地的重要载体,被各国政府看成是角逐全球人工智能领导者地位的重要布局点。百度Apollo开放平台是科技部针对自动驾驶领域批复的首批新一代人工智能开放创新平台,毋庸置疑承载了中国关乎人工智能技术落地的重大战略责任,是观察中国智能驾驶开放平台发展情况的典型窗口。本文在创新扩散理论视角下,对百度Apollo开放平台进行案例研究,从相对优势、兼容性、复杂性、可试性、可观察性五个方面归纳其创新属性,总结其发展特征,分析其创新的扩散阶段与扩散方式。百度Apollo开放平台具备较好的创新扩散与传播条件,加速了技术迭代和应用落地。
Artificial intelligence has become the engine of the new round of industrial revolution.Intelligent driving,as an important carrier of artificial intelligence,is regarded by governments of various countries as an important layout point for the global artificial intelligence leader.Baidu Apollo open platform is the first banch of new generation artificial intelligence open innovation platform approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in the field of autonomous driving.Undoubtedly it not only shoulders China's major strategic responsibility in the field of artificial intelligence,but also is a typical window to observe the development of China's intelligent driving open platform.From the perspective of innovation diffusion theory,this paper conducts a case study of Baidu Apollo open platform,summarizes its innovative attributes from five aspects——relative advantage,compatibility,complexity,testability and observability.This paper summarizes its development characteristics,analyzes its diffusion phase and method of innovation.Baidu Apollo open platform has good conditions for innovation diffusion and dissemination,which has accelerated technological iteration and application..
