摘要 资管新规的出台标志着我国资管产品的运作将走上更规范的道路,但在利率市场化程度不断加深的背景下,资管产品的发展也将受到一定冲击。为进一步研究利率市场化对资管产品的影响,合理规划其未来的发展方向,本文选择资管产品中占比最高、规模最大的银行理财产品为研究对象,运用计量经济学方法,从实证角度分析利率市场化对资管产品的影响,并在此基础上,提出利率市场化背景下理财产品规范发展的相关建议。 The introduction of new rules on asset management indicates that the operation of asset management products in China will be on a more standardized path.However,under the background of deepening interest rate marketization,the development of asset management products had also been affected to some extent.In order to further study the impact of interest rate marketization on asset management products,rationally plan its future development.This article selects the wealth management products with the largest proportion and the largest scale as example,analyzes the impact of interest rate marketization on asset management products from an empirical perspective,and provide relevant countermeasures and recommendations for the standardized development of financial products on the background of interest marketization.
