新冠疫情背景下科技型企业上市融资与经济高质量发展——以陕西省为例

High-tech Companies’Listing Financing and High-quality Economic Development Under the Background of COVID-19:A Case of Shaanxi Province

新冠疫情对社会经济发展和企业生产运营造成了一定冲击,推动科技型企业上市融资有利于主动化解这一不利影响并助力经济高质量发展。本文分析了企业上市融资与经济高质量发展的关系,从陕西省上市公司现状,及新冠疫情对企业上市融资影响进行分析,并对陕西省科技型企业上市融资能力评价。提出了科技型企业上市融资的机遇与政策建议。

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a serious impact on socioeconomic development,enterprise production and operation.Promoting the listing financing of high-tech companies is conducive to actively alleviating this negative impact and boosting high-quality economic development.The relationship between corporate listing financing and the high-quality development of the local economy can be summarized as mutual reflection,mutual promotion,and mutual optimization.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to improve the cur-rent situation of the amount of listed companies in Shaanxi Province and the uneven development.Since 2019,the introduction of special policy support and strategic investment has significantly improved the financing capabilities of Shaanxi enterprises in listing.After the pandemic,new developing opportunities,the registration system for the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the NEEQ transfer system are for accelerating the promotion of the listing of high-tech companies.Government departments,intermediary agencies,and high-tech companies planning to go public should seize opportunities and make concerted efforts to achieve a substantial increase in the number and quality of listed companies as soon as possible and significantly enhance the role of companies in leading and driving regional economic and social development.
