在全民抗击新冠肺炎疫情的重要时刻,农发行陕西省分行把支持疫情防控和复工复产作为当前最重要的工作来抓,充分利用人民银行再贷款政策,积极支持企业生产防控物资,统筹推进疫情防控和复工复产。本文总结了农发行陕西省分行支持疫情防控和复工复产中的主要措施,分析面临的挑战与机遇,提出在支持疫情防控常态化和复工复产中要发挥政策性金融“当先导、补短板、逆周期”作用的建议。

In the important moment that fights against COVID-19 outbreak,Agricultural Development Bank of China Shaanxi branch has made support for epidemic prevention and control together with resumption of work and production the most important task at present.,made full use of the policy of the people's Bank of China to renew loans,actively supported enterprises in the production of epidemic prevention and control materials,coordinated the prevention and control of the epidemic together with the resumption of work and production,which fully demonstrates the national sentiment and responsibility of policy Banks.At the same time,We have summarized rich experience in this big test,analyzed challenges and opportunities,also put forward suggestions on how the bank could play the role of policy-based finance in supporting the normalization of epidemic prevention and control together with the resumption of work and production.
