早实核桃的物候观测及果实性状分析

Phenological Observation and Fruit Character Analysis of Early Fruiting Walnut

对循化地区引进的几个早实核桃品种进行了物候观测和果实性状分析。结果表明:辽宁系列核桃品种和北京861品种的萌芽时间较其他品种晚。几个早实核桃品种的果实横径、出仁率、脂肪含量、蛋白质含量指标均达到国家特级标准;果实壳厚、单果重指标达到林业行业推荐标准优级。香玲核桃品种果实综合性状表现最好,北京861核桃品种果实性状最差。该研究结果对循化地区核桃栽培过程中的优良品种选择及后期品种选育工作具有实际的指导意义。

Phenological observation and fruit character analysis of several early bearing walnut varieties were introduced from Xunhua Region.The results showed that the germination time of Liaoning walnut variety and Beijing 861 was later than that of other varieties.The fruit diameter,kernel yield,fat content and protein content of several early bearing walnut varieties were up to the national super standard,and the fruit shell thickness and single fruit weight were up to the forestry industry recommendation standards.The comprehensive fruit characters of Xiangling walnut were the best,and those of Beijing861 were the worst.The results of this study will be of practical significance to the selection of excellent varieties in the cultivation process and the later breeding of walnut varieties in Xunhua Region.
