河南建设国家畜禽生物育种中心可行性研究

Feasibility of the Establishment of National Animal and Poultry Breeding Center in Henan Province

畜禽良种是发展现代畜牧业的基础和关键。为充分发挥现代生物育种技术的优势,加快我国现代畜禽育种进程,打造畜禽种业高地,推动畜牧业转型升级,实现高质量发展,在充分调研国内畜禽生物育种现状基础上,结合河南实际,提出在河南建设国家畜禽生物育种中心可行性思路,以期为领导决策提供参考。

Good breed of livestock and poultry is the basis and key to the development of modern animal husbandry.In order to give full play to the advantages of modern biological breeding technology,speed up the modern breeding process of livestock and poultry in China,build a highland for the livestock and poultry breeding industry,promote the transformation and upgrading of the livestock breeding industry,and achieve high-quality development,on the basis of investigating the present situation of livestock and poultry biological breeding in China and combining with the actual situation in Henan,this paper puts forward the feasibility of constructing the national livestock and poultry biological breeding center in Henan,with a view to providing reference for leadership decision-making.
