摘要
为分析结直肠癌患者围手术期凝血功能变化,以2018年10月至2019年8月于我院行手术治疗的50例结直肠癌患者为观察组,同期健康体检者50例为对照组,比较观察组与对照组间以及观察组术前与术后第7天患者凝血功能相关指标的变化。结果显示,观察组(术前)患者D-二聚体(D-D)、纤溶蛋白溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)、凝血酶原片段1+2(F1+2)水平均明显高于对照组,蛋白C水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05。与术前相比,观察组患者术后第7天D-D、蛋白C水平明显升高,PAI-1、F1+2水平明显降低,P<0.05。结果表明,结直肠癌患者血液呈高凝状态,术后第7天高凝状态有所缓解,但继发性纤溶亢进明显,仍应警惕发生血栓性疾病的可能。
To analyze the changes of coagulation function in patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period,50patients with colorectal cancer treated in author's hospital from October 2018to August 2019were enrolled as observation group and 50patients received health examination as control group,then the changes of coagulation function between observation group and control group,as well as the changes before and 7days after operation in observation group were compared.As results,the levels of D-Dimer(D-D),plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1)and prothrombin fragment 1+2(F1+2)in the observation group at preoperation were significantly higher than those in control group,and the protein C level was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,the levels of DD and protein C in observation group were significantly increased,while the levels of PAI-1and F1+2 were significantly decreased on the 7th day after operation(P<0.05).The results show that the hypercoagulable state of the blood of colorectal cancer patients is high,and the hypercoagulable state is relieved on the 7th day after operation,but the secondary hyperfibrinolysis is obvious,so the possibility of thrombotic disease should be warned.
