急性白血病化疗后肛周感染的临床治疗分析

Clinical Treatment Analysis of Perianal Infection Following Chemotherapy for Acute Leukemia

为总结急性白血病化疗后肛周感染的治疗效果,回顾2016年2月至2019年2月我院收治的75例急性白血病化疗后肛周感染患者资料,分析诊疗经过及结果。结果显示,本组75例患者中,Ⅰ级肛周感染35例,接受微波照射治疗;Ⅱ级肛周感染24例,接受抽吸脓液及抗感染、微波照射治疗;Ⅲ级肛周感染16例,行脓肿切开引流术。经上述治疗,72例(72/75,96.0%)患者肛周感染治愈。结果表明,急性白血病化疗后肛周感染患者,根据不同感染程度,给予针对性治疗措施,可保障治疗效果。

In order to investigate treatment outcome of perianal infection following chemotherapy for acute leukemia(AL),author reviewed the data of 75cases of AL complicated with perianal infection treated in his hospital(2016-02-2019-02),analysed diagnostic and treatment course,as well outcome.As results,in the 75cases,35cases suffered from Ⅰ grade of perianal infection,and received microwave radiation;24from Ⅱ grade of ones,received aspiration of pyoid,anti-infection,and microwave radiation;16from Ⅲ grade of one,received incision and drainage for abscess,totalled 72cases were cured(72/75,96.00%).Results show that for above-mentioned infected patients if taking targeted treatment according to the infections degrees,outcome could be guaranteed.
