手术室保温护理预防腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中低体温的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis on Operating-room's Incubation Nursing for Preventing Hypothermia Amidst Laparoscopic Radical Procedure for Colorectal Cancer

为观察手术室保温护理预防腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中低体温的效果,选取2018年6月至2019年8月于我院肿瘤科就诊且行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组术中接受常规护理,观察组采用手术室保温护理。比较2组患者围术期鼻咽温及护理满意度。结果显示,开始麻醉时,2组患者鼻咽温比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;手术开始30min时、手术结束时,观察组鼻咽温均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者护理满意度(96.67%,58/60)明显高于对照组(86.67%,52/60),P<0.05。结果表明,对腹腔镜结直肠癌术者实施手术室保温护理,可有效降低低体温发生率,提高护理满意度。

This study was to observe the efficacy of operating-room's incubation nursing(ORIN)in the prevention of hypothermia amidst laparoscopic radical procedure(LRP)for colorectal cancer,randomly divided 120patients undergoing LRP for colorectal cancer in author's hospital(2018-06-2019-08)into control group(60cases,received routine nursing intraoperativelly)and observation group(60cases,ORIN);then,compared both groups'perioperative nasopharyngeal temperature(NPT)and nursing satisfaction degree.As results,at the begin of anesthesia NPT of both groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);at 30min from the operating begin,at the end of operation NPT of observation group was all significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group[96.67(58/60)vs 86.67%(52/60),P<0.05].Results show that following the LRP for colorectal cancer implementing ORIN can effectively decline hypothermia incidence,uplift nursing satisfaction degree.
