加速康复外科护理在短段型先天性巨结肠患儿中的应用效果分析 被引量:3

Application Efficacy Analysis of Nursing Based on Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in the Infants with Shorter-Segment Hirschsprung's Disease

摘要 为探讨加速康复外科护理在短段型先天性巨结肠患儿中的应用效果,采用随机数字表法将2016年1月至2019年6月于我院行肛门Soave手术治疗的90例短段型先天性巨结肠患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规先天性巨结肠手术护理,观察组实施加速康复外科护理。比较2组患儿术后指标。结果显示,观察组患儿术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、拔除肛管时间、拔除胃管时间、拔除导尿管时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患儿术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对短段型先天性巨结肠患儿围术期实施加速康复外科护理,可促进患儿术后恢复,减轻其疼痛,具有临床推广价值。 This study was to investigate the application efficacy of nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery(N-based-on ERAS)in the infants with shorter-segment Hirschsprung's disease(HD),randomly divided 90shorter-segment HD child-patients who received anal Soave surgery in authors'hospital from Jan.2016to June 2019yr.into control group(45cases,routine nursing)and observation group(45cases,Nbased-on ERAS);then,compared both groups'postoperative norms.As results,after surgery in the time for first bowel-movement,for extubating anal catheter,for extubating stomach,catheter,and for extubating catheter,as well as in pain score observation group was significantly and respectively shorter,as well lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that implementing N-based on ERAS on shorter-segment HD infants at perioperation can promote their postoperative recovery,relieve pain,thus has the value to be popularized clinically.
