预见性护理模式在肛瘘围手术期的应用效果分析

Application Efficacy Analysis of Precognitional Nursing Model at Perioperation of Anal Fistula

为探讨预见性护理模式在肛瘘围手术期的应用效果,选择2018年1月至2019年12月于我院择期行手术治疗的60例肛瘘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组围手术期接受常规护理,观察组围手术期接受预见性护理,比较2组患者术后心理状态、疼痛程度及护理满意度。心理状态采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估,疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估。结果显示,观察组患者术后SAS、SDS、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,肛瘘患者围手术期接受预见性护理能明显改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度。

This study was to investigate the application efficacy of precognitional nursing model(PNM)at perioperation of anal fistula,randomly divided 60anal fistula patients undergoing scheduled operation in authors'hospital from Jan.2018to Dec.2019yr.into control group(30cases,routine nursing at perioperation)and observation group(30cases,PNM);then,compared both groups'patients'postoperative mental situation and pain intensity,as well as their nursing satisfaction degree,during observation the mental situation was assessed by using SAS and SDS,while pain intensity,by using VAS.As results,in the score ratings on SAS,SDS and VAS,and in nursing satisfaction degree observation group was significantly and respectively lower,and higher than control group(P<0.05).Results show that at perioperation of anal fistula patients receiving PNM can significantly improve their mental situation,enhance their nursing satisfactory degree.
