摘要
在产教深度融合背景下,高职院校应通过建立多元的教育质量评价体系,培养社会真正需要的高素质技术技能人才。在构建教育质量评价体系的过程中,高职院校无法做到面面俱到,没有真正体现质量评价体系的价值。基于对高职院校教育质量评价体系存在问题的分析,提出从教学评价、实践评价和就业评价三个层面构建基于产教融合的教育质量评价体系,并坚持从以人为本、协调各方诉求,制订质量标准、实现多方共赢,转变质量观念、革新评价机制三个方面不断完善高职院校教育质量评价体系,提升高职院校人才培养质量,为社会培养更多的复合型高素质技术技能人才。
Under the background of industry-education integration, the higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality talents by establishing diverse education quality evaluation systems. However, in this process, the higher vocational colleges cannot reflect the worth of quality evaluation system. Based on the analysis of existing problems in quality evaluation system, this paper establishes the evaluation system from the following three aspects: the teaching evaluation, practice evaluation and employment evaluation, insists on coordinating the requirements, draws up the quality standards to realize multiple win, changes the quality concepts to innovate the evaluation mechanism and improve quality evaluation system continuously in order to promote talent cultivation quality and train more high-quality talents for the society.
