Research on the Intelligent Talent Cultivation in Medium-sized Cities under the Theory of Marx’s Mode of Production

马克思集中阐释技术革命对于社会转型的重要影响,是分析科技革命下社会转型和人才培育的理论来源。当今时代智能化向社会各个层面延伸,与之相匹配的高技术人才的储备成为城市间竞争关键环节。中等城市智能人才的引进与培养是被研究较少的领域,以致力于在高技术产业领域实现突破的中等城市为分析对象,在分析都市圈战略打造的基础上,根据对虹吸效应和溢出效应的辩证分析,为中等城市智能人才的培育提出一些普遍性的结论。

Marx concentrated on explaining the important influence of technological revolution on social transformation which has been the theoretical resource to analyze the social transformation and talent cultivation. With the spread of current intelligence to the whole society, the reserve of high-skilled talents has become the key link among cities’ competition. The introduction and cultivation of intelligent talents in medium-sized cities is a field with few researches. This paper takes the medium-sized cities which devote the high technological industry field to achieving breakthroughs as examples, analyzes the basis of metropolitan area strategies, and makes a further analysis according to siphonic effect and spillover effect in order to put forward some universal conclusions for intelligent talent cultivation in medium-sized cities.
