Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the Employment Channel Selection for University Graduates

在高校毕业生就业"难"的背景下,通过对高校毕业生就业现实情况及影响因素分析,总结出高校毕业生就业渠道选择影响因素,并运用解释结构模型对影响因素间的层级关系图进行分析。层级图结果表明:影响高校毕业生就业渠道选择的最根本因素是学校办学水平,核心因素是毕业生就业观念.最直接因素是用人单位薪资待遇。

Under the background of "difficulty" in university graduates’ employment, this paper analyzes the current employment situation and influencing factors for university graduates, summarizes the influencing factors of employment channel selection, and applies the interpretative structural model to analyze the hierarchical diagram among the influencing factors. The result of the hierarchical diagram shows the fundamental factor of affecting employment channel selection is the academic level, the core factors are graduates’ employment concepts, and the most direct factor is the salary treatment of the employer.
