基于牙菌斑指数动态评估的口腔护理在长期鼻饲患者中的应用效果研究

Effects of oral care based on dynamic assessment of dental Plaque Index in long-term nasal feeding patients

目的:评价基于牙菌斑指数动态评估的口腔护理在鼻饲患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月于我院保健科就诊的116例鼻饲患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组各58人,对照组采取常规口腔护理,实验组应用基于牙菌斑指数动态评估的口腔护理方案,比较两组患者接受口腔护理后口腔卫生改善情况、口腔舒适度及吸入性肺炎发生率。结果:护理后实验组牙菌斑指数及Beck口腔评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者口腔舒适度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组吸入性肺炎发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于牙菌斑指数动态评估的口腔护理可提高患者口腔舒适度,降低鼻饲患者口腔并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effects of oral care based on dynamic assessment of dental Plaque Index in patients with nasal feeding.Methods:Totally 116 patients with nasal feeding were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group were provided routine oral care.The experimental group were applied oral nursing program based on dynamic evaluation of dental Plaque Index.The oral hygiene,oral comfort and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results:The dental Plaque Index and the Beck score of the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The oral comfort of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral nursing based on dynamic evaluation of dental Plaque Index can improve oral comfort and reduce the incidence of oral complications in patients with nasal feeding.
