摘要 目的:构建慢性肾脏病个案管理师的工作职责指标体系。方法:通过查阅国内外文献、半结构式访谈法初步构建慢性肾脏病个案管理师的工作职责指标体系初稿,运用德尔菲专家咨询法,选取医学院校和三级甲等医院慢性肾脏病和慢病管理等相关领域专家20人,进行两轮专家咨询。结果:最终形成的慢性肾脏病个案管理师工作职责体系包含6个一级指标(评估、制定护理计划、教育咨询、协调、评价、研究)、15个二级指标、48个三级指标。2轮专家咨询中专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.860。结论:慢性肾脏病个案管理师工作职责指标体系专家意见集中,结果科学实用,可以为慢性肾脏病个案管理师的任用、评价与考核提供参考依据。 Objective:To construct the responsibility index system of case manager in chronic kidney diseases.Methods:The first draft of the responsibility index system was drawn up by literature review and semi-structured interview.Delphi method was used to evaluate the draft.Totally 20 experts in the field of chronic kidney diseases and chronic care management from nursing colleges and the third Grade A hospitals were selected and two rounds of consultation were conducted.Results:The final responsibility index system of case manager in chronic kidney diseases included 6 first-level indexes(assessment,planning of care,consultation&education,coordination,evaluation and research),15 second-level indexes and 48 third-level indexes.The positive coefficients and authority coefficients for 2 rounds of consultation were 100%and 0.860 respectively.Conclusion:Expert opinions on the responsibility index system of case manager in chronic kidney diseases were concentrated and the results are logical and reliable.It can be used as reference for appointment and evaluation of the case manager in chronic kidney diseases.
