高职毕业生职业价值观现状及其与职业成功的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Current Situation of Occupational Values of Higher Vocational College Graduates and Career Success

摘要 主要通过问卷调查,对704位高职毕业生的职业价值观现状进行定量分析研究,并探讨职业价值观与职业成功的内在关联性。结果表明:高职毕业生职业价值观处于中等偏上水平;高职毕业生职业成功处于中等偏上水平;生源地、所在单位性质等人口学变量对高职毕业生的职业价值观存在显著性影响;高职毕业生的目的性价值观、手段性价值观与职业成功之间均存在显著性正相关;高职毕业生的目的性价值观、手段性价值观对职业成功均具有显著性预测作用,共同解释率为39.7%。 Based on questionnaire survey,the paper conducts a quantitative analysis and research on the status quo of 704 higher vocational college graduates'occupational values,and discusses the internal correlation between occupational values and career success.The results show that occupational values of higher vocational college graduates are above the average level;higher vocational college graduates'career success is above the average level;demographic variables such as the place of origin and the nature of the unit have a significant impact on the occupational values of higher vocational college graduates;there is a significant positive correlation between the purpose value and means value of higher vocational college graduates and their career success;the purpose value and means value of higher vocational college graduates have significant predictive effect on career success,and the common explanation rate is 39.7%.
