机器人回转立体缓存库在智能制造系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代智能制造技术的发展,工业产线的集成度不断提高,前端产线对仓储存取及时、准确配送提出了更高的要求。为了适应智能制造车间内不同物料的即时配送和多种成品分类码盘,解决传统立体仓库甬道长度较长导致物料存储时间过大的问题,提出了一种新型机器人回转立体缓存库设计理念,并详细介绍了机器人回转立体缓存库的结构特点和应用环境。经生产线实践,其出入库效率比传统甬道式立体仓库更高,达到330箱/小时,能有效提升整条产线的效率。 With the development of modern intelligent manufacturing technology,the integration of industrial production lines has been continuously improved,and the front-end production lines have put forward higher requirements on the timely and accurate distribution of warehouse storage.To adapt to the real-time distribution of different materials and a variety of product category in the intelligent manufacturing workshop,and to solve the problem of long material storage time caused by the long length of the traditional three-dimensional warehouse,the article proposes a new robot rotary three-dimensional warehouse concept,and introduces the structural characteristics and application environment of the robot's rotary warehouse in detail.In practice,its efficiency of entering and leaving the warehouse is higher than that of the traditional three-dimensional warehouse,reaching 330 cases per hour,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the entire production line.
