Exploration on Origin and Characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation Doctrine of Five Zang Viscera in Pediatrics

为深入探寻儿科五脏辨证学说的发展轨迹、具体内容、学术特点和传承价值,概述了该学说形成和发展的历程、著名医家的贡献,以及与八纲辨证、病因辨证等辨证模式之间的相互影响。结合钱乙《小儿药证直诀》对五脏疾病证候的记述,总结出钱乙将虚、实作为把握五脏病机演变的核心要素,化繁为简,提炼辨证要点,准确指导临床施治,实用价值历久弥新。儿童生理病理特点的独特性决定了儿科五脏辨证学说产生、存在和发展的必然性。

In order to explore the development track,specific content,academic characteristics and inheritance value of the syndrome differentiation doctrine of five Zang viscera in pediatrics,we summarized the formation and development of the doctrine,the contribution of famous doctors,and the interaction with the syndrome differentiation modes of eight principles and etiology syndrome differentiation.Based on the description of diseases and syndromes of five-zang viscera in Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue(《小儿药证直诀》)by QIAN Yi in Northern Song Dynasty,it was concluded that the deficiency and excess were regarded as the core elements of the evolution of five viscera pathogenesis.We refined the key points of syndrome differentiation,and accurately guided the clinical treatment.The practical value was everlasting.The uniqueness of children's physiological and pathological characteristics determined the inevitability of the emergence,existence and development of syndrome differentiation doctrine of five viscera in pediatrics.
