摘要
高级计量体系(AMI)促进了配电系统的状态估计发展,而配网网损的计量还存在准确度不高、非技术网损和技术网损区分度不够等问题。文章提出了一种基于加权最小二乘状态估计的对非技术网损和技术网损的估计方法。分析了技术网损和非技术网损的估计模型,利用线性状态估计模型分析了网损估计和计量误差的关系。基于该分析,提出了一种有效非技术网损的计量权重,分析了估计误差、计量误差以及量测权重。所提方法考虑了状态估计中零注入节点模型的等式约束,可实现对所有区段技术网损和所有节点非技术网损的估计。在IEEE 69节点上进行了仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。
The advanced measurement system(AMI)has been promoting the development of state estimation in distribution system.However,the measurement of the distribution network loss also has problems such as low accuracy,insufficient distinction between technical network loss and non-technical network loss.This paper proposes an estimation method for technical network loss and non-technical network loss based on weighted least square state estimation.Firstly,the estimation model of non-technical network loss and technical network loss is analyzed.A linear state estimation model is adopted to analyze the relationship between network loss estimation and metering error.Based on the analysis,an effective way of calculating the weighting of network loss is proposed,and the estimation error,metering error and measurement weight are analyzed.In addition,the proposed method considers the constraints of the zero-injection node model in state estimation,which can estimate the technical network loss of all segments and the non-technical network loss of all nodes.Finally,the simulation analysis on IEEE 69-node is carried out to demonstrate the validity and correctness of the proposed method.
