蔡英文“台湾共同体”分裂话语体系的构建及影响

The Construction and Influence of Tsai Ing-wen's“Taiwan Community”Split Discourse System

蔡英文所谓“台湾共同体”论述,是指在无法对外宣布“台湾独立”情势下,通过对内形塑“台湾主体意识”来完成“内造台独”“心理台独”“事实台独”的一整套观念建构和意识形态话语体系。相较李登辉“特殊两国论”和陈水扁“一边一国论”,蔡英文“台湾共同体”论述更具隐蔽性、欺骗性和危害性。蔡当局利用全面执政优势,拟把“台湾共同体”打造成新型的“政治正确”,势将大幅挤压以国民党为代表的蓝营和以台湾民众党为代表的白色力量政策论述空间。“台湾共同体”论述也将正面对冲和消解中国大陆的“两岸命运共同体”话语体系,直接加剧两岸冲突扩散化,并为未来两岸和平统一提前埋下民意陷阱。

As she cannot publicly declare“Taiwan Independence”,Tsai Ing-wen proposes“Taiwan Community”to realize“internal independence”.Tsai's“Taiwan Community”discourse is more deceptive and more dangerous than Lee Teng-hui's“Special State-to-State”discourse and Chen Shui-bian's“one country on each side of the Taiwan Strait”discourse.With full power in hands,Tsai Ing-wen administration will propaganda“Taiwan Community”discourse to make it a kind of“political correctness”,which undoubtedly will squeeze the room of the blue camp and the white camp in the island.By promoting“Taiwan Community”,Tsai will counter the“the Shared Community across Taiwan Strait”proposed by China's Mainland.And this will lead to the greater conflict between the two sides and dig a trap for the Taiwan social administration after peaceful reunion of the two sides.
