晚期肺癌患者接受免疫治疗体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on the experience of immunotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的深入了解晚期肺癌患者接受免疫治疗的体验。方法采用质性研究方法,用半结构式的访谈问卷对13例接受免疫治疗的晚期肺癌患者进行个体化的深入访谈,运用内容分析法分析资料。结果接受免疫治疗的晚期肺癌患者经历的体验归纳总结为5个主题:①治愈愿望迫切;②对药物有效性不确定;③对家庭愧疚;④对副作用了解欠缺;⑤获取专业医疗信息愿望强烈。结论晚期肺癌患者接受免疫治疗时经历了复杂而强烈的体验,需要护理人员对其给予关注并提供支持和帮助。

Objective To investigate the experience of immunotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 13 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer who received immunotherapy were interviewed individually with semi-structured questionnaire.Results The experiences of patients with advanced lung cancer receiving immunotherapy were summarized into five themes:①urgent desire to cure.②uncertain efficacy of drugs.③family guilt.④insufficient understanding of side effects.⑤strong desire to obtain professional medical information.Conclusions Patients with advanced lung cancer have experienced complex and intense experiences when they receive immunotherapy.
