摘要
上海四川北路4街坊108号地块综合开发项目基坑面积大,开挖深度深,基坑周边紧邻地铁隧道、天然地基建筑、道路、管线等保护对象,结合基坑特点及环境特点,采用“分区顺作”+“板式支护”+“多道支撑”的支护体系方案,并就敏感环境的变形控制采取了多种技术对策,该项目已施工完成,实施效果良好。
The area of the foundation pit of Shanghai Sichuan North Road Lot 108,No.4 Street comprehensive development project is large,and the general excavation depth is deep.The surrounding area of the foundation pit is close to protection objects such as subway tunnels,natural foundation buildings,roads,pipelines,etc.Combining the characteristics of the foundation pit and the environment,the foundation pit of this project adopted the support system plan of“zoning and making”and“retaining structure+multilayer support”.And adopted various technologies to control the deformation of the surrounding sensitive environment.The project has been completed and the implementation effect is good.
