热水锅炉运行安全性问题探讨

摘要 热水采暖在技术上、经济上有很多优点,因而使用广泛。通过理论分析、法规分析、实例分析等方法,得出热水锅炉在实际运行中会暴露出诸多问题,在一定的条件下都会发生过冷沸腾现象,汽水两侧会产生受热面结露酸性腐蚀问题,对水质要求较低造成局部结垢使受热面烧坏等安全问题。提出热水锅炉设计时要对压力、温度等综合计算,保证其运行安全,希望为广大从业者提供相关问题的解决思路和办法。 Hot water heating has many advantages in technology and economy,so it is widely used.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,legal analysis,case analysis and other methods,it is concluded that many problems will be exposed in the actual operation of hot water boiler,and subcooled boiling will occur under certain conditions,there will be acid corrosion of condensation on both sides of steam-water,local scaling and burning of heating surface.It is put forward that the pressure and temperature should be synthetically calculated in the design of hot water boiler to ensure its operation safety.
