摘要
为确保某高速公路1×25 m装配式预应力混凝土简支T梁桥的施工质量,需在安装前对部分单梁进行抽样静载试验。具体介绍了25 m预应力T梁的静载试验方法、控制荷载的确定以及现场分级加载方式等,通过准确、有效的应力、挠度测点布设,可实测得到预应力T梁在试验荷载作用下的应力以及挠度数据,并结合公路桥涵设计相关规范,对试验结果进行了分析比较,结果表明:该现场预制的预应力T梁的力学性能满足设计及使用要求,且有一定安全及可靠度储备,该试验方法可为同类预制预应力T梁静载试验提供借鉴及参考。
In order to ensure the construction quality of a 1×25 m prefabricated prestressed concrete simply supported T-beam bridge on an highway,it is necessary to carry out sampling static load test on some single beams before installation.This paper introduces the static load test method of 25 m prestressed T beam,the determination of the control load,and the field grading loading method,etc.,through the accurate and effective stress and deflection measurement point arrangement.The stress and deflection data of the prestressed T-beam under the test load can be measured,and the test results are analyzed and compared according to the relevant specifications of highway bridge and culvert design.The results show that the mechanical properties of the precast prestressed T-beam meet the requirements of design and use,and there are certain safety and reliability reserves,and the test method can provide reference for static load test of similar precast prestressed T-beam.
