Research on BIM application strategy of small and medium-sized construction enterprises

BIM技术为建筑行业注入活力,引领施工企业升级转型,但中小建筑施工企业BIM应用率不高,应用深度和广度不足,通过SWOT分析方法,全面分析中小建筑施工企业应用BIM技术过程中企业内部的优势、劣势和外部环境的机遇、威胁,进而综合各方面因素提出中小建筑企业应用BIM发展战略。

BIM is a promising approach for improving the efficiency of the construction industry and leading construction enterprises to upgrade,but the depth and width of BIM application in small and medium-sized construction enterprises is insufficient.This paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in the application of BIM technology,as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment through adopting SWOT analysis method.Furthermore,this article puts forward the development strategy of applying BIM in small and medium-sized construction enterprises by integrating various factors.
