本科毕业论文质量考察与提升对策研究——以梧州学院经管类专业为例

Research on the Quality Inspection and Improvement of Undergraduate Thesis:Taking the Majors Concerning Economics and Management in Wuzhou University as an Example

毕业论文是高校本科教育中的一个重要教学环节,是衡量本科生是否达到毕业资格的重要标准之一,毕业论文质量成为高校教学体系的重中之重。该文以梧州学院经管类本科专业为例,基于2016—2019年的毕业论文数据,采用总分平均值、良好率以及优秀率等指标对其论文质量进行统计性描述。研究发现,论文质量整体不高,并且各专业质量不均衡,还呈现不稳定的态势。究其原因主要源于对毕业论文质量缺乏足够重视、缺乏必要的科研学术训练,论文质量监管机制不畅通等。为此,从引导树立正确质量观、加强科研训练、重构论文写作流程和过程监控4个方面探索梧州学院经管类专业毕业论文质量提升的对策建议。

Graduation thesis is an important teaching link in undergraduate education in colleges and universities and it is one of the important standards to measure whether the undergraduates have reached the graduation qualification or not.The quality of graduation thesis has become the top priority of the teaching system in colleges and universities.Based on the graduation thesis data of 2016-2019,this paper takes the majors concerning economics and management in Wuzhou University as an example,and uses the average total score,good rate and excellent rate to make a statistical description of the thesis quality.The study finds that the overall quality of the thesis is not high,and the quality of the thesis of each major is not only unbalanced but also presents an unstable situation.The reasons mainly lie in the lack of attention to the quality of graduation thesis,the lack of necessary scientific research and academic training and the unsmooth supervision mechanism of thesis quality.Therefore,this paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of graduation thesis of the majors concerning economics and management in Wuzhou University from the following four aspects:establishing correct quality concept,strengthening scientific research training,reconstructing thesis writing process and process monitoring.
