收入不平等与农户生活满意度——来自中国社会综合调查

Farmers'Income Inequality and Life Satisfaction--Evidence from Chinese Social Survey

收入不平等对农户生活满意度具有重要影响,但其结论存在一定争议。在此背景下,基于个体收入不平等视角,利用中国社会综合情况调查数据库(CSS2015),通过Ordered Probit和两阶段Probit最小二乘联立方程模型(2SPLS)分析农户内部收入不平等对其生活满意度影响。研究发现,收入不平等显著降低农户生活满意度;农户生活满意度并不必然引致内部收入差距变化;收入不平等对生活满意度影响不仅存在地区异质性,也因群体而异,对东部地区抑制效应大于中西部地区,低收入、低消费和失业群体相应大于高收入、高消费和就业群体。基于此,施策部门应更多关注低收入群体,并就持续改善收入分配、平滑收入及人力资本等提出政策建议,以持续提高农户生活满意度。

Income inequality has an important impact on farmers'life satisfaction,but the conclusion is controversial.In this context,based on the perspective of individual income inequality,China Social Comprehensive Survey Database(CSS2015)Ordered Probit and the Two-stage Probit Least Squares Simultaneous Equation Model(2SPLS)were used,to analyze the impact of income inequality on individual's life satisfaction.The results showed that income inequality significantly reduced farmers'life satisfaction;conversely,farmers'life satisfaction did not necessarily lead to the change of internal income gap;the impact was not only regionally heterogeneous,but also varied between groups.The effect in the eastern was greater than that in the middle and western regions,and the low-income,low-consumption and unemployment groups were correspondingly greater than corresponding groups.Based on this,policy implementation departments should pay more attention to the low-income groups,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions on continuous improvement of income distribution,smooth income and human capital,so as to achieve the purpose of continuously improving farmers'life satisfaction.
