摘要
目的观察联合营养管理在改善肺结核患者营养状态和病情的效果。方法前瞻性选取2017年2月~2018年10月在海南医学院第二附属医院接受干预的肺结核患者100例,随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组均给予常规饮食指导,观察组在此基础上给予联合营养管理。比较两组患者干预前后免疫和营养指标、生活质量及满意度的差异。结果两组患者干预前营养指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者红细胞计数(RBC)、血清白蛋白(Alb)水平分别为(4.52±1.01)×10^12/L、(35.68±2.76)g/L,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.020、-11.792,P<0.05)。两组患者干预前免疫指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合营养管理在肺结核患者中的应用效果较好,可明显改善患者的营养状况,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of combined nutrition management on improving nutritional status and condition of tuberculosis patients.Methods The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from February to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups were given regular dietary guidance.The observation group was given joint nutrition on this basis.management.The differences in immune function,nutritional indicators,quality of life and satisfaction between the two groups before and after intervention were observed.Results There was no difference in the nutritional index before treatment.After treatment,the RBC and Alb levels in the observation group were 4.52±1.01×10^12/L and 35.68±2.76g/L,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(t=-2.020,-11.792,P<0.05);there was no difference in the pre-intervention immune index between the two groups.After the intervention,the CD3+ and CD4+ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The combined nutrition management has a good effect in the treatment of tuberculosis patients,which can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and improve their quality of life.
