自然资源分类体系的现状与问题探讨

Discussion on the Current Situation and Problems of the Classification System of Natural Resources

科学的自然资源分类体系是做好空间规划、用途管制、自然资源统一确权登记的前提与基础,我国现行自然资源分类体系繁多、标准不一,文章在梳理我国自然资源分类体系现状的基础上,探讨存在的问题与不足,提出重构统一的自然资源分类体系的建议。

Scientific classification system of natural resources is the premise and foundation of spatial planning,control on the land uses and unified registration of natural resources,the current classification system of natural resources in China is various with different standards,on the basis of combing the current situation of China's natural resource classification system,this paper discusses the existing problems and deficiencies,and puts forward suggestions for reconstructing a unified classification system of natural resources.
