通过对全域土地综合整治试点政策的梳理,将其要点归纳为三大任务、政策机制、两个约束性指标、注意事项等,结合其他文件对要点进行分析。国家重视全域土地综合整治试点工作,不仅提供了政策支持,而且也提出了要求,目的是优化生产、生活、生态空间格局,促进土地集约利用,改善农村人居环境,建设美丽乡村。

Through sorting out the comprehensive land improvement pilot policies of the whole region,the main points are summarized into three tasks,policy mechanism,two binding indicators and precautions.The main points are analyzed in combination with other documents.The state attaches great importance to pilot projects for comprehensive improvement of land in the whole region,which not only provides policy support,but also puts forward requirements.The purpose is to optimize the spatial pattern of production,living and ecological space,promote the intensive use of land,improve the rural living environment and build a beautiful countryside.
