摘要
钽铌湿法冶金主要提供氟钽酸钾、氧化铌和氧化钽等钽铌的中间产品,氟钽酸钾和氧化铌是钽铌金属的重要原材料。除此外,在钽铌矿石到钽铌制品过程中,包括:氢氟酸、硫酸、氨气、氯化钾、氟化钾、金属钠,萃取剂及各种杂质元素,钨、磷、砷、锑、铁、钴、镍、铬、氧、氮等在整个钽铌冶金过程中的路径,有助于采用合适的方法避免杂质元素的进入和减少各种原辅材料的消耗,有助于提高产品的质量。
Wet metallurgy of tantalum and niobium mainly provides intermediate products of tantalum and niobium such as potassium heptafluorotantalate,niobium oxide and tantalum oxide.Potassium heptafluorotantalate and niobium oxide are important raw materials of tantalum and niobium.In addition,in the process from tantalum-niobium ore to tantalum-niobium products,including hydrofluoric acid,sulfuric acid,ammonia gas,potassium chloride,potassium fluoride,sodium metal,extractant and various impurity elements,the path of tungsten,phosphorus,arsenic,antimony,iron,cobalt,nickel,chromium,oxygen and nitrogen in the whole tantalum-niobium metallurgical process can help to avoid the entry of impurity elements and reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,also help to improve the quality of the product.
