摘要 以海泡石(ST)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酰胺单体(AM)为原料,采用水溶液法制备ST/PVA/PAM吸水树脂,研究了原料配比、引发剂和交联剂用量与制备工艺对树脂吸液性能的影响。采用红外光谱与扫描电镜表征了树脂结构。结果表明,树脂呈多孔网络互穿结构,ST分散均匀;吸液倍率随组分含量和反应温度的增加呈先增后减的变化趋势;当ST/PVA(ST与PVA质量比为1:1)添加量为30%,引发剂和交联剂分别为3%和0.64%,反应温度为50℃时,树脂吸液倍率最佳。 Using sepiolite clay,poly(vinyl alcohol)and acrylamide as raw materials,a novel sepiolite clay-poly(vinyl alcohol)-polyacrylamide composite superabsorbent resin was prepared by aqueous solution method.The influences of the composition ratio,the amount of initiator and cross-linking agent,and reaction temperature on the absorbency of water and salt solution were explored.The morphology and the structure of prepared resin were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the resin was a porous network interpenerating structure containing uniformly dispersed ST.The absorbency of water and salt solution of resin increased first and reduced then as the content of components and the reaction temperature increased,it got the maximize when the content of ST/PVA was 30%when the mass ratio of ST to PVA was 1:1,the content of initiator was 3%,the content of cross-linking agent was 0.64%,and the reaction temperature was 50℃.
