摘要
建立中药砂仁的电化学指纹图谱。采用Belousov-Zhabotinski(B-Z)化学振荡反应研究砂仁的电化学指纹图谱,考查不同条件对B-Z振荡图谱的影响。砂仁的指纹图谱测定最佳条件为硫酸浓度3 mol·L^-1、硫酸铈铵浓度0.005 mol·L^-1、丙二酸浓度0.40 mol·L^-1、溴酸钾浓度0.2 mol·L^-1、反应温度37℃、药材加入量0.15 g。研究发现不同产地的砂仁,电化学指纹图谱和振荡微观指纹图谱的形状和主要特征参数存在显著区别。电化学指纹图谱简单、方便、准确、直观、特征性强,可以应用于砂仁的鉴别。
An electrochemical fingerprint of Amomum Villosum Lour.from different habitats was established by electrochemical oscillation technique.The technique of Belousov-Zhabotinski(B-Z)oscillating reaction was used.The oscillation microscopic fingerprints were produced.The optimum conditions were as follows:sulfuric acid concentration 3 mol·L^-1,ammonium ceric sulfate concentration 0.005 mol·L^-1,propanedioic acid concentration 0.40 mol·L^-1,potassium bromate concentration 0.2 mol·L^-1,the reaction temperature of 37℃,0.15 g powder of medicine.At the same time,it was found that the shape and main characteristic parameters of Frucus Amomi from different origins that electrochemical fingerprints and oscillating microscopic fingerprints were also obviously different.The method of electrochemical fingerprint had advantages of simpleness,convenience,accuracy,intuition and markd characteristics.It can be applied to the identification of Frucus Amomi.
