药学专业“多轮次”实践教学模式探讨

Exploration on“Multi-round”Practice Teaching Mode of Pharmacy

实践教学是高等教育的重要环节,本文以药学本科毕业实习试行开展的“多轮次”实践教学的过程为例,对“多轮次”实践教学模式的内容进行探讨,为提高药学毕业生实习质量和推进未来实践教学的改革提供新思路。药学专业毕业实习是本科学习的最后阶段,也是药学人才培养的重要过程,学生通过毕业实习可以将本科学习到的理论知识融会贯通、学以致用,为今后走向职场做好知识储备和角色转换。

Practice teaching is an important part of higher education.Taking the process of“multi-round”practical teaching carried out in the graduation practice of Pharmacy as an example,the content of“multi-round”practical teaching mode was discussed.It provided new ideas for improving the practice quality of pharmaceutical graduates and promoting the reform of practical teaching in the future.Graduation internship of Pharmaceutical major is not only the final stage of undergraduate study,but also an important process of pharmaceutical personnel training.Through graduation internship,students can integrate the theoretical knowledge learned by undergraduate students and put it into practice,so as to make a good knowledge reserve and role transformation for going to the workplace in the future.
