摘要
目的研究某省某医学高校大学生人口统计学变量与健康促进生活方式的关系。方法应用健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)问卷调查和多种统计学方法(方差分析、t检验、χ2检验和多元回归分析)分析大学生人口统计学变量,HPLP-Ⅱ量表中总HPLP-Ⅱ得分和健康促进生活方式统计数据及其关系,调查分析大学生的健康促进生活方式。结果全部参与者总HPLP-Ⅱ平均得分为(2.50±0.28),人际关系平均得分为最高,医疗责任平均得分为最低。总HPLP-Ⅱ评分:大学一年级为(2.59±0.26);二年级为(2.49±0.25);三年级为(2.48±0.29)和四年级为(2.46±0.31),随着年级增加而逐渐下降。女大学生在卫生责任、人际关系和营养行为上做的显著好于男大学生,男大学生在体育活动上做的比女大学生更好。在营养上行为上,家庭收入不同的大学生之间有明显差别。结论HPLP-Ⅱ,大学年级,家庭收入与大学生健康促进生活方式密切相关系,这可为医疗服务机构、高校管理者和教师制定干预措施和合适的教育计划或修定教育计划提供参考信息。
Objective To study the relationships between the demographic variables and the health-promoting lifestyle profile. Methods The Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ) questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ lifestyles. One-way analysis of variance and multiple comparison procedures were conducted to identify significant differences among the university year level. The t-test and Multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the HPLP-Ⅱ scores in family monthly income and the effects of various demographics on the overall HPLP-Ⅱ score and the six health-promoting lifestyle subscales. Results The whole cohort of participants had an overall HPLP-Ⅱ mean score of(2.50 ±0.28)with the highest mean score being for interpersonal relations, and the lowest mean score being for health responsibility. The overall HPLP-Ⅱ score of the students during the first university year was(2.59±0.26), and this score progressively declined in their second year(2.49±0.25),third year(2.48±0.29),and fourth year(2.46±0.31). Female students practiced significantly better health responsibility, interpersonal relations, and nutrition than males, and male students practiced significantly better physical activity than females. In nutrition behavior, the students with different family monthly income had the obvious difference. Conclusion These significant findings which link the HPLPⅡ,university year level, and family monthly income in university students will enable the healthcare providers to develop interventions and to assist the students in improving their health lifestyles in the university environment and will help in devising suitable education programs.
