摘要
1,25-双羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]是维生素D3主要代谢产物,其与细胞内的维生素D受体(VDR)结合发挥生物学效应。1,25(OH)2D3主要调节钙磷水平,具有免疫调节功能,能抑制多种自身免疫性疾病。但免疫调节机制复杂,目前的研究结论不一致。本文从1,25(OH)2D3抑制Th17细胞相关细胞因子途径探讨其对中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的免疫调节作用。
1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3(1,25(OH)2D3)is the main active metabolite of vitamin D3,which exerts biological effectsthrough binding to the intracellular vitamin D receptor.1,25(OH)2D3mainly regulates the levels of calcium and phosphorus,and itpossesses immunomodulatory activitythat can inhibit a variety of autoimmune diseases.However,the mechanism of immunoregulation is complex,and the current research conclusions are inconsistent.This review discusses the immunomodulatory effect of 1,25(OH)2D3 ondemyelinating diseases of central nervous system via inhibiting Th17 pathway and related cytokines.
