10个竹子品种在山东自然寒冷条件下抗寒性评价 被引量:3

摘要 本试验引种了10个竹子品种,选择4个抗寒性评价指标(SOD、POD、MDA、相对电导率)分析10个品种的抗寒性表现,综合评价了它们的抗寒能力,采用聚类分析法结合田间自然越冬表现对10个品种作了抗寒类型划分。分析结果表明,10个竹子品种对4个抗寒性评价指标的反应不同,不同的品种具有不同的抗寒性特点。采用聚类分析法把10个竹子品种的抗寒性分成4类,早园竹和白夹竹为强抗寒性品种类型,黄槽竹、黄杆乌哺鸡竹、菲白竹和鹅毛竹为较强抗寒性品种类型,长叶苦竹和矢竹为弱抗寒性品种类型,黄条金刚竹和福建茶杆竹为寒冷敏感性品种类型。在本次试验条件下,相对电导率指标要优于其他3个指标。竹子的抗寒性评价结果受评价指标体系和竹子生物学特性形成史影响,竹子引种时要调查清楚各品种的生物学特性形成史,这对横向比较同类试验的引种结果时尤为重要。 Ten bamboo varieties were introduced in this experiment.Based on four cold resistance indexes(SOD,POD,MDA and Relative Conductivity),the cold resistance performance of 10 bamboo varieties was analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance was made.The cold resistance types of these varieties were classified by cluster analysis combined with natural overwintering performance in the field.The results showed that 10 bamboo varieties had different responses to four cold resistance evaluation indexes,and different varieties had different cold resistance characteristics.The cold resistance of 10 bamboo varieties was divided into 4 types by cluster analysis.Phyllostachys propinqua Mc Clure and Phyllostachys bissetii(McClure)were strong cold resistant varieties,Phyllostachys aureosulcata McClure,Phyllostachys vivax McClure f.aureocaulis N.X.Ma,Sasa fortunei(Van Houtte)Fiori and Shibataea chinensis Nakai were general strong cold resistance varieties,Pleioblastus simonii(Carr.)Nakai and Pseudosasa japonica(Sieb.et Zucc.)Makino were weak cold resistant varieties,Pleioblastus kongosanensis f.aureostriaus and Pseudosasa amabilis var.convexa were cold sensitive varieties.In this experiment,the relative conductivity index is better than the other three indexes in reflecting the cold resistance of bamboo.The evaluation results of cold resistance of bamboo are greatly affected by the evaluation index system,the history of bamboo and the formation history of bamboo biological characteristics.It is particularly important to investigate the bamboo history and the formation history of biological characteristics of various bamboo varieties when introducing bamboo.
