桥梁施工安全质量管理的基础是一线施工班组,本文以运宝黄河大桥专业施工班组为研究对象,通过对一线班组开展信息调研及问卷调查,得出桥梁工程施工班组人员具有受教育程度不高、流动性大、施工经验丰富、安全意识不高等特点,结合这些问题,提出了以班组建设为核心的施工班组管理模式,以及相关措施。

The foundation of safety and quality management in bridge construction is the first-line construction team.This paper takes Yunbao Yellow River Bridge professional construction team as the research object,carries out information investigation and questionnaire survey on the first-line team,and draws the conclusion that the personnel of bridge construction team have the characteristics of low education,high mobility,rich construction experience and low safety consciousness.Combining these problems,the paper puts forward the following points:The construction team management mode with team building as the core and relevant measures are put forward.
