摘要
我国高铁路网规模大,存在大量的跨线客流,目前主要采取开行长途跨线高铁列车的方式输送跨线客流,以减少旅客换乘。随着高速列车开行密度越来越大,长途跨线列车的开行需要综合跨线客流出行选择行为、运输能力占用、动车组与不同速度线路的匹配、线网运营关联性等方面进行考虑。在对比各种跨线客流输送模式技术经济特征的基础上,分析了跨线客流输送方案编制影响因素,建立了跨线客流输送方案评价指标体系,以综合考虑跨线旅客与铁路企业的效益。
Currently,over-line trains were used in order to minimize the transfer and improve the service of a large number of over-line passengers.The mode of over-line passenger transport organization should be compiled after a careful consideration,since the transport resources is limited.The travel choice behavior of over-line passenger,the utilization of transport capacity,the rationality of running the EMU in different speed line,the correlation of different line should be taken into account.We build the evaluation system of over-line passenger transport organization plan based on the analysis of the technical economy feature and the influence factors.
